Payment:

New patient appointments require a £30 deposit to confirm your booking. This helps reduce missed appointments and ensures fair access for all patients.

✔ The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your first appointment.
✔ Fully refundable or transferable with 48 hours’ notice
✔ Retained for late cancellations or non-attendance

Payment may be made by card, cash or transfer. However, a Bacs transfer is preferable thank you. Please note that transfers are due on the day of treatment.

Cancellation policy:

I do operate a cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice otherwise a full charge will be made. Thank you for your understanding.
